TICKETS & ENTRY
Tickets are available via Humanitix.
ORTA is an 18+ event. All attendees must hold a valid event ticket and present an accepted form of photo ID upon request.
No ticket, no entry. Valid ID may be required to verify age and ticket holder details.
There are no pass-outs or re-entry once you have entered the event, so please bring everything you need with you.
Head into the galleries before ORTA begins and spend the day exploring the current exhibitions at Heide Museum of Modern Art.
ORTA ticket holders receive exclusive reduced-price gallery entry from 10AM–4PM on the day of the event.
Simply show your ORTA ticket confirmation at the Heide ticketing office to receive the reduced entry rate.
Food will be served throughout the day in the Garden of Good Taste, with a selection of local food vendors and stalls.
ORTA is a non-BYO event. Alcohol will be available from the Diega Bodega, serving a selection of wine, cans and non-alcoholic drinks.
Free drinking water points will be available throughout the site, so we encourage you to bring a reusable water bottle.
If you have any dietary requirements or allergies, please communicate these clearly with individual food vendors before ordering.
Heide Museum of Modern Art and the ORTA event site are accessible, with accessible pathways and toilet facilities available on-site.

18+ EVENT
ORTA is strictly an 18+ event. Valid photo identification may be requested upon entry or at any time during the event. Entry may be refused if valid identification cannot be provided.
TICKETS
A valid ORTA ticket is required for entry. Tickets must be presented for scanning on arrival. No ticket, no entry.
NO PASS-OUTS
There are no pass-outs or re-entry once you have entered the event. Please ensure you have everything you need before entering.
BAG & SECURITY CHECKS
For the safety of everyone attending, bags and personal belongings may be subject to inspection upon entry. Security reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any person who does not comply with event conditions or reasonable directions from event staff.
ALCOHOL
ORTA is a non-BYO event. Alcohol must not be brought into the event. Alcohol purchased on-site must remain within the designated licensed area and must not be supplied to minors or intoxicated persons.
PROHIBITED ITEMS
The following items are not permitted: BYO alcohol, illicit substances, weapons or dangerous items, glass, fireworks or flares, and any item considered by event staff or security to pose a risk to patrons, artists, artworks, the venue or surrounding environment.
BEHAVIOUR
ORTA is committed to providing a safe and respectful environment. Aggressive, threatening, discriminatory, harassing or unsafe behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the event.
HEIDE & THE SCULPTURE PARK
ORTA takes place within the grounds of Heide Museum of Modern Art. Please respect the landscape, artworks, buildings and surrounding environment. Do not climb, touch or interfere with artworks or enter restricted areas.
SMOKING
Smoking and vaping are only permitted in designated areas. Please follow event signage and directions from staff.
PHOTOGRAPHY & FILMING
Photography and filming may take place throughout the event. By entering the event, you acknowledge that you may appear incidentally in event photography or video.
DIRECTIONS FROM STAFF
Patrons must follow reasonable directions given by event staff, security, venue staff and emergency services at all times.
RIGHT TO REFUSE ENTRY
Event management and security reserve the right to refuse entry or remove patrons where reasonably necessary for safety, security, licensing compliance or a breach of these Conditions of Entry.
